Our History
Our Chester County Detachment was chartered by the National Marine Corps League on July 4th 1974. From that date to this, we have served the veterans, families and community of Chester County.
We began occupying our current location in the mid-80's, doing what we do best, serving our veterans. We provide comradery, Esprit De Corps to Marines, Nave Chaplains and Corpsman who served with Marines in the FMF.
While our regular members consists of these groups, we also have many associate members from other branches of the military and civilians and our auxiliary membership option as well.
We maintain a Rifle and Pistol Competition Team, Color/Honor Guards, Parades, Bingo, Fundraising Opportunities, Annual Golf Classic, Annual Chicken BBQ, and our Marine Corps Ball. If you would like to get involved, check out our Contact Tab.
